苜蓿皂苷促进血鹦鹉鱼对虾青素的吸收及其最适添加水平

摘  要:
本试验旨在探索苜蓿皂苷促进血鹦鹉鱼对虾青素吸收的效果及其最适添加水平。选取平均体重为(10.63±0.30)g的血鹦鹉鱼630尾,随机分为7组(每组3个重复,每个重复30尾):空白对照组投喂基础饲料,虾青素对照组投喂添加300 mg/kg虾青素的基础饲料,试验组分别投喂添加300 mg/kg的虾青素及800、1 200、1 600、2 000或2 400 mg/kg苜蓿皂苷的基础饲料,试验期为60 d。结果表明:1)在添加300 mg/kg虾青素的饲料中添加苜蓿皂苷能提高鱼体的生长指标,苜蓿皂苷添加水平为2 000 mg/kg时特定生长率达到最高值。2)苜蓿皂苷添加水平达到1 200 mg/kg后,鳞片、尾鳍和皮肤中类胡萝卜素含量较虾青素对照组和空白对照组显著提高(P<0.05),且在苜蓿皂苷添加水平为2 000 mg/kg时同时达到最大值。3)在苜蓿皂苷添加水平达到1 200 mg/kg后,鱼体背部和尾鳍的红度值显著高于虾青素对照组和空白对照组(P<0.05),分别在苜蓿皂苷添加水平为1 600和2 000 mg/kg时达到最大值。由此可知,在含有虾青素的饲料中添加苜蓿皂苷能促进血鹦鹉鱼的生长和对虾青素的吸收;综合特定生长率结果,在添加了300 mg/kg虾青素的饲料中苜蓿皂苷的最适添加水平为2 000 mg/kg。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to explore the promoting effect of alfalfa saponins on astaxanthin absorbtion of blood parrot fish and to determine the optimum supplemental level of alfalfa saponins.A total of 630 blood parrot fish,with the average body weight of(10.63 ± 0.30) g,were divided into the following 7 groups: blank control group in which fish were fed a basal diet; astaxanthin control group in which fish were fed the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg astaxanthin; five experimental groups in which fish were fed the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg astaxanthin plus 800,1 200,1 600,2 000 and 2 400 mg/kg alfalfa saponin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows: 1) the diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg astaxanthin plus alfalfa saponin could enhance the growth indexes of fish.When alfalfa saponin supplemental level was 2 000 mg/kg,the specific growth rate reached its maximum value.2) While the alfalfa saponin supplemental level arrived at 1 200 mg/kg,the scals,skin and caudal fin carotenoid contents were significantly higher than those in the astaxanthin control group and blank control group(P < 0.05),and they reached their maximum values synchronously when alfalfa saponin supplemental level was 2 000 mg/kg.3) While the alfalfa saponin supplemental level arrived at 1 200 mg/kg,the dorsa and caudal fin a*values were significantly higher than those in the astaxanthin control group and blank control group(P < 0.05),but they reached their maximum values when the alfalfa saponin supplemental level was 2 000 and 1 600 mg/kg,respectively.These results demonstrate that adding alfalfa saponin to the diet supplemented with astaxanthin speed up growth and improve astaxanthin absorption of blood parrot fish.Combining with the results of specific growth rate,we suggest that the optimum supplemental level of alfalfa saponin added in the diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg astaxanthin was 2 000 mg/kg.
