寒地冬麦氨基酸组分分析

摘  要:
为分析寒地与其他地区小麦营养品质的差异,对7份不同类型小麦品种进行氨基酸组分分析。结果表明,寒地冬麦总氨基酸、必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸含量均显著高于其他小麦材料;必需氨基酸中寒地冬麦的异亮氨基酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸和苏氨酸含量显著高于其他材料;半必需氨基酸表现为,东农冬麦377品系精氨酸含量最高,东农冬麦1号组氨酸含量最高;非必需氨基酸表现为,除丝氨酸和天冬氨酸含量相对较低外,寒地冬麦各种非必需氨基酸含量也较其他材料非必需氨基酸含量高。

摘  要:
In order to analyze the differences of nutritional quality between cold-area winter wheat and other wheat varieties,seven wheat varieties samples were used to analyze the amino acid content.The results showed that the contents of the total amino acid,the essential amino acid and the nonessential amino acid in cold-area winter wheat were significantly higher than other varieties.Among the essential amino acids,the contents of isoleucine,leucine,lysine and threonine in cold-aera winter wheat were significantly higher than others.The semi-essential amino acid results showed that DNDM377 and DNDM1 had the highest arginine and histidine content,respectively.Except for the serine and aspartate,all kinds of non-essential amino acids content in cold-area winter wheat were higher than other varieties.
