遗传学是作物品种改良的基础,现代分子生物学和基因组学等的快速发展为作物分子设计育种创造了条件。主要介绍了分子设计育种的概念,并对当前开展分子设计育种需具备的基本条件和所需注意的问题进行了探讨。

摘  要:
Genetics is the foundation for crop improvement.Based on the speedy progress and great achievements of modern molecular biology,genomics and etc,there raises a good chance to develop new crop cultivars through breeding by molecular design.In this paper,the concept of breeding by molecular design is presented,and the requirements and prospects of crop breeding by molecular design are discussed.
