美味牛肝菌产胞外多糖分批发酵的动力学模型研究

摘  要:
采用分批发酵方法研究了美味牛肝菌胞外多糖的合成特性。结果表明,美味牛肝菌多糖合成和菌体生长呈部分生长偶联型。根据Logistic和Luedeking-Piret方程分别建立了美味牛肝菌发酵过程中菌体生长、胞外多糖生成和基质消耗的动力学模型,并利用1stOpt软件对模型参数进行了非线性拟合,将模型拟合值与试验值进行比较,得3个模型的拟合度分别为0.996、0.987、0.996。

摘  要:
The synthetic characteristics of extracellular polysaccharide from boletusedulis was studied with batch fermentation method. The results showed that the synthesis of polysaccharide from boletusedulisand cell growth was partially associated. The dynamic models on cell growth,extracellular polysaccharide formation and substrate consumption in fermentation process of boletusedulis were established according to the equation of Logistic and Luedeking-Piret. The parameters of the models were nonlinearly fitted with 1stOpt software and the fitted value was compared with the tested value. The results showed that the fitting degree of 3 models was 0.996,0.987 and 0.996 resp.
