胡杨(Populus euphratica)异形叶叶片内源激素特征研究

摘  要：
通过野外调查结合室内分析,对胡杨异形叶叶片4种内源激素含量在胡杨不同个体发育阶段以及在树冠垂直空间的变化进行研究。结果表明:(1)胡杨不同发育阶段个体叶片平均叶形指数随着树龄的增大逐渐减小,且当植株树龄相差大于4年以上即存在显著差异;叶形指数均表现为从树冠底端到顶端逐渐减小,且顶端与底端存在显著差异。(2)胡杨成熟叶片IAA含量和IAA/ABA比值的变化趋势是随树龄的增加和树冠的增高而减小,而ZR、ABA含量和GA3/IAA,ZR/IAA比值的变化趋势则相反。研究认为,叶片内源激素含量随叶形的变化反映了胡杨适应干旱荒漠环境的生理调节。

摘  要：
This study,the morphometric and endohormones changes of leves for Populus euphratica Oliv were investigated,and the individual plants at different developmental stages were observed in field and analyzed in laboratory. The results showed that:(1) The average leaf index of P. euphratica at different developmental stages decreased gradually with age,and there were significant differences when the trees was more than 4 years. The leaf index decreased significantly from the bottom to the top layers of the tree.(2) The changes of the IAA content and IAA/ABA ratio in mature leaves of P. euphratica appeared the same trend,decreased with tree age and the increasing of the crown,whereas,the reverse trend were observed in the ZR,ABA content and GA3/IAA,ZR/IAA ratio. The results showed that the changes of endogenous hormones in the leaves reflected the physidogical regulation of the plants in arid desert environment.
