火焰原子吸收光谱法测定凡纳滨对虾中的镉

摘  要:
探讨了用干法分解样品,直接用火焰原子吸收法测定凡纳滨对虾中镉的方法。该方法的检出线为0.012μg·ml~(-1),相对标准偏差为1.4%~3.4%,回收率为96.3%~103.2%。

摘  要:
The method to decompose sample under dry condition for analyzing Cd in Litopenaeus vannamei has been explored directly by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS). The detecting limit of the method was 0.012g·ml~(-1), with relative standard deviation of 1.4%—3.4% and recovery of 96.3%—103.2%.
