保证粮食安全始终是我国农业乃至整个国民经济发展战略的核心问题。通过对宁夏自治区当前粮食生产和消费现状及发展趋势的分析,提出保证粮食安全的有效措施,为我国农业的可持续发展提供理论依据。

To ensure the food security all the time is a core problem to develop agriculture and even the whole national economy in China.By the analysis on current situation of food production and consumption and its developmental trend,some effective measures for ensuring the food security were put forward,which provided the theoretical basis for the sustainable development of agriculture in China.
