39%甲硫·醚菌酯悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在230 nm波长下对39%甲硫·醚菌酯悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,甲基硫菌灵和醚菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 5,标准偏差分别为0.064和0.047,变异系数分别为0.24%和0.36%,平均回收率分别为99.90%和99.87%。

摘  要:
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of thiophanate-methyl + kresoxim-methyl 39% SC was described by HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase, on C18 column with UV detector at 230 nm wavelength.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of thiophanate-methyl and kresoxim-methyl were 0.999 3 and0.999 5, the standard deviations were 0.064 and 0.047, the coefficients of variation were 0.24% and 0.36%, the average recoveries were 99.90% and 99.87%, respectively.
