基因工程固氮菌肥对玉米生长发育的影响初探

摘  要:
采用大田栽培及盆栽试验两种方法,观测工程菌株UB37及野生菌株UB1在不同施肥水平下,对玉米植株的固氮效果,利用公顷产量、棒三叶面积以及植株于重、全N含量等指标进行评定。结果表明,工程菌UB37的固氮效率比野生菌UB1高,但差异不显著。

摘  要:
By application of genetic-engineering bacterial strain UB37 and wild bacterialstrain UB1 in both field cultivation and pot culture test,the nitrogen-fixing effect of thesestrains on growth of corn at different N fertilizer rates was observed. Based on target valuesof yield per hm2,ear-site three-leaf area,plant dry weight,total N content etc.,the nitrogenfixing rates were evaluted. The results showed that the nitrogen-fixing rate of genetic-engineering bacterial strain UB37 was higher than that of wild bacterial strain UB1,but the difference was not notable.
