气液逆流法加工提取辣椒红色素的条件分析

摘 要:
在提出并研究了气液逆流法提取辣椒红色素的工艺后,对提取条件进行了进一步的探讨,得到气液逆流法加工提取辣椒红色素的最佳条件,即用浓度95%的食用级工业乙醇作溶剂,浸提比为1∶6,产率可达6.7%。采用乙醇作溶剂安全可靠,溶剂损失少,能耗及成本低,无污染,既环保又经济,符合利用农业资源发展绿色经济的需要。

After extracting pigment was extracted from chili by using self-made gas-liquid countercurrent extraction implement,the different solvent,concentration and proportions of immerse-extracting was studied to choose optimal production condition.
