中国银杏品种资源染色体数目及核型研究初报

摘  要:
采用压片法对我国银杏属雌株5大类型50个品种的染色体数目进行了观察,并对5个类型的代表品种核型进行了研究。结果表明,所观察的50个品种全部为二倍体,人工诱变也未获得有价值的多倍体;5个代表品种的核型一致,均为2n=2x=24=4m+8sm+12st,相对长度在14.75%~6.65%之间,最长染色体与最短染色体之比均大于2,属较不对称的3B型

摘  要:
Chromosome numbers of 50 varieties and karyotypes of 5 types of Ginkgo biloba in China were studied in order to get basic information about the inheritance, variance,evolution and variety character of Ginkgo biloba.The results showed that all of the 50 observed varieties are diploids. The karyotypes of the 5 main varieties are identical:they are 2n=2x=24 =4m+8sm+12st. Research data verified that the chromcome number and morphology of Ginkgo biloba do not change in its evolution and have strong genetic stability.
