作者利用单片微机80C31BH的特殊功能,外加81C55、27C64及4514等外围芯片构成一频率信号数字检测分析仪。本文介绍了它的检测原理、硬件设计和软件设计。该仪器具有记忆、功耗低等许多优点,为频率信号数字检测定量分析开辟了一条新途径。

摘  要:
The author utilized the special function of single chip microcomputer 80C31BH in addition to 81C55、27C64 and 4514, etc. to compose a frequency signal digital detection analysis device. The paper introduces its detection principle' hardware design and software design. The device has many good points, for example, memory low power consumption, etc. It Ras paved a new way for frequency digital detection analysis.
