离体试验与活体检测相结合的杀细菌剂筛选

摘  要:
[目的]为了提高筛选效率,将离体与活体筛选方法相结合,开展杀细菌剂筛选研究。[方法]首先通过离体高通量筛选和最小抑菌浓度检测的方法对化合物进行筛选,最后通过活体试验来进一步确定化合物的抑菌活性。[结果]采用高通量筛选和最小抑菌浓度检测等离体方法,筛选获得了具有抑菌活性的化合物,这些化合物在最终的活体试验中,仅有部分化合物表现出活体抑菌活性。[结论]离体高通量与活体试验相结合的筛选方法,能够快速准确的对化合物开展杀细菌活性筛选研究。

摘  要:
[Aims] In bactericide research, high throughput in vitro and screening in vivo has their respective advantage.To improve research efficiency and accuracy, this study aims to combine the above two mentioned screening methods for bactericide test. [Methods] The bioactivity of new compounds was detected by high throughput screening and minimum inhibition concentration experiment in vitro, followed by confirmation in vivo. [Results] The compounds with inhibition activity were discovered in vitro, but only partial compounds with inhibition activity in vivo.[Conclusions] The combined screening method of high throughput in vitro and screening in vivo, is an effective method for bactericide research.
