摘 要：
对一个狨猴实验室中暴发急性呼吸道疾病进行了病因调查。通过动物剖检、病毒分离、电子显微镜检查和血凝及血凝抑制试验和动物感染实验 ,确定其病原是副流感病毒 型(仙台病毒 )。从而确定动物死亡原因是病毒引起肺炎感染造成。

The pathogeny of a severe respiratory infection occurred in a laboratory Cotton-eared marmoset colony was investigated. The results of Autopsy, virus isolation and the observation under electronic microscope, HA and HI tests, as well as the infection test confirmed that the death of the common cotton-eared marmosets must attribute to parainfluenza virus type Ⅰ
