高校图书馆勤工助学实践与探索

摘  要：
借鉴国内外高校图书馆勤工助学的经验,阐述了高校图书馆开展勤工助学活动的现实意义,明确了高校图书馆趋向固定岗位和流动岗位相结合的用人方式,在结合实践的基础上提出了把学生馆员作为图书馆流动岗位的最佳选择;图书馆勤工助学岗位是解决贫困学生生活和心理问题最有效的手段之一,同时也是图书馆事业发展的新动力,高校应该加强和重视图书馆勤工助学工作。

摘  要：
This paper expounds the university libraries work-study activities of realistic significance,referencing to domestic and international university library work-study program cases,clear the university library incline to permanent jobs and flowing position of combining the way.In combination with the practice are put forward on the basis of the student librarians as the flow of beat choice.Student librarians are provided on the library development.Library should strengthen and pay attention to the work-study job.
