铅镉污染对互花米草光合作用的影响

摘  要:
[目的]通过对光合色素和叶绿素荧光指标的分析,探讨重金属污染和互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)入侵之间的关系。[方法]以互花米草克隆苗为研究对象,模拟了不同浓度梯度下的镉、铅单一以及复合污染,对该植物光合色素含量和叶绿素荧光指标进行了检测。[结果]较高水平的铅镉胁迫对3种色素以及总色素含量有明显的降低作用。互花米草PSII暗适应荧光淬灭效率与重金属胁迫的浓度呈负相关趋势。互花米草ΦPSII和ETR光诱导曲线随着镉、铅处理剂量的升高呈下降趋势。[结论]为互花米草生态入侵的控制提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] To discuss relationship between heavy metal pollution and Spartina alterniflora invasion through analyzing photosynthesis pigment and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.[Method]With S.alterniflora cloned seedling as study object,simulating the series levels Cd,Pb pollution and their combined pollution,the content of photosynthetic pigments and chlorophyll fluorescence indicators on this plant was detected.[Result] Higher levels of Cd,Pb and the combined pollution showed inhibition on all index.The quantum efficiency of dark adaptation PSII of S.alterniflora was negatively correlated with the levels of heavy metal pollution.The light induction curve of PSII photochemistry(ΦPSII) and instant electron transport rate(ETR) were also inhibited by Pb and Cd pollution.[Conclusion]The study will provide basis for controlling bioinvasion of S.alterniflora.
