光周期的暗长在诱导光敏核不育水稻育性转换中的作用

摘 要:
选用三个光敏核不育水稻品系农垦58S,N5047S 和5-12S 进行遮光中断光期与间断光中断长暗期试验。结果表明:遮光中断光期0~3小时没有诱导育性转换,在不同时段以间断光中断长暗期可诱导明显育性转换。表明暗期对育性的诱导作用主要表现为连续暗期长度,对于三个供试品系,诱导育性转换的连续暗期临界长度为10. 0~11. 0小时,即连续暗期≤10时诱导不育,≥11小时诱导可育。

摘 要:
The effects of interruption of light and dark period on fertility alteration were examined with three hotoperiod period sensitive male sterile lines.The results showed thatinterrupting light period with 0~3 hr shading id not cause fertility alteration.Whereasinterrupting the dark period with light pulse induced fertility alteration.These esults indicatedthat the fertility alteration is induced by the length of continued dark period.For the three linesstudied,the critical length of dark period is between 10 and 11 hrs:the lines will be fertile if thedark period is≥1 rs,and sterile if the dark period is≤10 hrs.
