除草剂氯吡嘧磺隆的开发与应用

摘  要:
氯吡嘧磺隆是一种新型磺酰脲类除草剂,通过抑制植物的ALS酶进而阻止支链氨基酸的合成起到杀草作用,主要用于玉米、水稻、小麦、甘蔗等禾本科作物田防除阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草,具有活性高、用量少、持效期长、杀草谱广、对禾本科作物安全、与其他除草剂可混性强等特点,开发和应用前景广阔。论述了氯吡嘧磺隆的发现、合成与分析、理化性质、作用机理及国内外登记情况、应用现状、环境毒理和环境行为、安全使用和中毒急救等方面。

摘  要:
Halosulfuron-methyl is a new type of sulfonylurea herbicides, which can kill weeds by inhibiting ALS enzyme of plant to prevent the synthesis of branched chain amino acids. It is mainly used in corn, rice, wheat, sugar cane and other gramineous crop fields to control broadleaf weeds and sedge weeds, characterized by higher activity,less dosage, longer persistence period, wider control spectrum, higher safety to gramineae, and stronger miscibility with other herbicides. Therefore, it will have broad prospect of development and application. The present paper summarized the present status of research and development of halosulfuron-methyl, including the discovery, synthesis and analysis,physical and chemical properties, acting mechanism, registration and application, environmental toxicology and behavior, the safe use and poisoning first aid measures and so on.
