复合处理对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子休眠的破除效果

摘要：

纳罗克非洲狗尾草(Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok)是南方广大地区草地建设和环境治理最优秀的禾草之一。但其种子产量低,休眠程度深。以云南省生产的纳罗克非洲狗尾草商品种子为研究对象,通过机械方法去除稃片后,采用化学处理、温水浸种、液氮冷冻提高种子活力,结果表明:机械处理去除稃片后,再用0.4%KNO3溶液浸种12min是最好的处理方法。处理后,种子发芽势为34%,发芽率达到42%,发芽指数为9.88,而活力指数则达到了0.0130,种子活力几乎是对照的4倍(P<0.05)。

摘要：

Setaria sphacelata cv. Narok was one of the most distinguished grass forages in grassland production and ecological environment construction in southern China. However the yields production of the grass seed are low, and dormant phenomenon was serious. Three methods including chemical treatment, hot water soaked and liquid nitrogen treatment after removing the glumes were applied to improve vigor of Narok seeds from Yunnan Province. Results showed that Soaking seeds 12 minutes in KNO3 of the concentration of 0.4% after using mechanical methods to remove the glumes was the best method. The germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index was 34%, 42%, 9.88 and 0.0130.and the seeds vigor was almost 4 times of the control(P<0.05).
