Taian Vocational Education Center has developed its vocational education under the policies of taking the local actualities into consideration, making efforts to tap development potential in itself, and adjusting development measures to its local conditions. This arti-cle reviews measures adopted by Taian Vocational Education Center in terms of personnel training, education approaches and methods, in particular, the diversified education pattern with the aim of providing theoretic reference for the growth of similar vocational education centers.
