气门外弹簧的模糊可靠性优化设计

摘  要:
根据模糊数学、可靠性设计和优化设计原理,建立了气门外弹簧的模糊可靠性优化设计模型,并编制了相应的计算机程序,可完成弹簧的模糊可靠性优化设计和实用弹簧的模糊可靠度、刚度误差和最大变形等参量的校核计算。对弹簧优化设计中的核心问题——优化算法的选取和连续变量最优化计算解的离散化处理进行了全面的讨论,对优化计算过程中的局部最优解和全局最优解进行了分析。设计实例表明,优化设计效果明显,且采用本文方法能求得全局最优解和所有可行解。

摘  要:
According to fuzzy mathematics, reliability and optimal design technique, a mathematical model for optimal design of fuzzy reliability on valve spring is presented in this paper. The program developed based on above principles can be used to calculate optimum structure parameters and fuzzy reliability and to check up maximum deformation of the spring used in practice. Furthermore, the key problems, that is, the selection of optimal calculation method and the dispersed treatment of the continuous variables, in spring optimal design are discussed in details. The relationship between the local optimal resolutions and the global optimal results is also analyzed and the global optimal results can certainly be obtained. All the feasible solutions are obtained using the compound method of SUMT and grad method. Design cases show that the effects of the optimal design of fuzzy reliability on enhancing the reliability and economics of springs are significant.
