摘要：

The feasibility of cultivating forage for raising livestock was proved into in view of economic performance,ecology benefit and society effectiveness,and the major impeded reasons for the industry of cultivating forage for raising livestock were analyzed.Furthermore the developing countermeasures for the industry were pointed out.
