羊流产胎儿弯曲杆菌的分离鉴定及动物感染试验

摘  要：
为了查明导致新疆五家渠市某规模化羊场羊流产的原因,无菌采集流产羊胎儿的心血、肝脏和胃内容物,用常规微生物学方法进行病原菌的分离、鉴定及动物感染试验。结果表明:共分离到两株病原菌,通过观察其形态学特性、培养特性及生理生化特性,确定为致病性胎儿弯曲杆菌胎儿亚种。分离株对小白鼠有较强的致病性。

摘  要：
To ascertain the cause that led to abortion in sheep from a large- scale sheep farm in Wujiaqu city of Xinjiang,the heart blood,liver and stomach contents were aseptically collected from the aborted sheep fetus. And then were used for the isolation and identification of the pathogens and the animal infection test using conventional microbiological methods,respectively. Conventional microbiological methods were used for the isolation and identification of the pathogens and the animal infection test. The results showed that two strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated,which were determined as pathogenic Campylobacter fetus subspecies fetus by observing the morphological characteristics,cultural characteristics and physiological and biochemical characteristics. The isolates had strong pathogenicity for mice.
