Community Libraries have important roles in the construction of studious society.This article dissertates the im-portance of long-life education provided by community libraries that improves the pleasingly and harmony of the country,and analyses the trouble that the construction of community library exists,finally provides the solution and strategy that will work upon the internet environment.
