世界木材制浆造纸工业技术发展趋势

摘  要：
Pulping and paper making industry is an enterprise using plant fiber as the main material in production. As to material of softwood, priority is set on the southern pine. Ofthe hardwood species, Eucalyptus sp., Populus sp. and Betula sp. are utilized. At presenttime sulfate pulping is the most important pulping method. When this method is used, rawmaterials are easy to be procured, pulp quality is better, paper strength is high, chemicals areeasy to be recovered, and less energy is consumed. The defect is that the yield is less than50%. The other methods are pulping with polysulfide, s--free pulping, CTMP pulping, al-cohol pulping, esterized pulping, and acetic acid pulping. Of all the pulping methods, CT-MP method is a modified TMP method to produce defibrated mechanical pulp. The papermade of this pulp has higher thickness and opacity and dimensional stability. Moreover it issold at low price. Bleaching sequence of pulp can be shortened by using oxygen, ozone andperoxide which can reduce pollution by waste liquor and decrease energy consumption. Thepulping and paper making has now become hi--tech industry.
