加快桐乡市森林城市创建的思考

摘  要：
桐乡市曾先后获得多项园林绿化先进称号,截至2010年底已有23个村被命名为"浙江省绿化示范村",但对照浙江省森林城市评价标准还存在着建成区林木覆盖率较低,森林结构与布局不尽合理,生态功能脆弱,绿化用地、资金问题比较突出等问题。藉此,提出强化力度,扎实稳妥地推进工作,因地制宜地完善城乡森林生态体系,创新思维,积极引导社会化绿化理念等加快创建森林城市的对策。

摘  要：
Tongxiang city has received the title of garden greening pioneer several times,at the end of 2010,23villages were named as the "greening demonstration village in Zhejiang Province",but in control of forest city evaluation criteria of Zhejiang province,there are existing problems i.e.,low coverage rate,unreasonable forest structure and layout,weak ecological function etc,Therefore,countermeasures to strengthen governance,to improve rural and urban forest ecological system suitable for local conditions,innovative thinking,and to guide social greening concept,were put forward to speed up creating forest city of Tongxiang.
