烟草收获机张紧机构鼠牙条的分析与改进

摘 要:
烟草收获机的后轮传动采用链传动,其张紧机构的可靠性直接影响到烟草收获机的整机性能。为此,对烟草收获机的竖直链张紧机构中的鼠牙条,进行了传统分析,在Solidworks中建立了其三维模型,并将该模型导入ANSYS有限元分析软件建立有限元模型。通过静力结构分析得到了鼠牙条的应力大小与分布情况,找到了该机构的薄弱环节,而后将改进的两种鼠牙条与原鼠牙条进行比较,找到了较好牙形的鼠牙条。

摘 要:
Tobacco harvester's rear transmission is adopted chain-drive,the reliability of whose tensioning institution directly influences the performance of tobacco harvester.Aiming at gear rack of vertical chain of tobacco harvester,first I carried on the traditional analysis,then established its 3D-model in Solidworks,and then led the model into Ansys to build finite element model,then I got the size and distribution of stress of gear rack and found the weak links of the institution through analyzing the static structure.Compared the improved and original gear rack,I found a better tooth shape.
