水稻覆膜播种及其配套机具的研究

摘  要:
利用水稻既可水养又可旱长的生育特性,在水稻本田进行旱整地、封闭除草、覆膜和等距穴播等作业。通过覆膜提高地温和水温,增加积温,减少水分渗漏及蒸发,比插秧水田节水35%~40%,缓解了春季稻区争水的矛盾,同时可免用育苗土,节省用工费。与其配套的作业机具完成整地后的覆膜、打孔、播种和施肥等联合作业。配套机具作业幅宽1.4m,配套动力11~18kW,行走速度4~6km/h,行距与穴距可根据需要进行调整。

According to rice growing in water or land, it is ploughing, weeding, covering with plastic, seeding and so on in rice field. Increase land temperature and water temperature, to wasting soil, save labors than transplanting rice paddy. The designed machine achieved covering plastic, perforating, seeding, seeding, fertilization and so on. This machine width is 1.4m, matching
