苜蓿黄酮对绵羊生长性能和血清指标的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究苜蓿黄酮对绵羊生长性能和血清指标的影响。选择体重为(27.02±3.03)kg的萨福克羊×小尾寒羊杂交F1代公羊28只,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,分成4组,每组7个重复,每个重复1只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加0(对照组)、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%苜蓿黄酮。预试期7d,正试期41d。结果表明:1日粮中添加苜蓿黄酮对绵羊生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2日粮中添加苜蓿黄酮对绵羊血清中球蛋白(GLB)、天冬氨酸(ASP)、尿素氮(BUN)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、磷(P)含量有显著影响(P<0.05),其中Ⅲ组GLB含量在第1天时显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组ASP含量在第1和21天时显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),BUN含量在第1天时显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组HDL含量在第21天时显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组P含量在第21天时显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加苜蓿黄酮可调节绵羊脂类代谢,提高氮的利用率;维持体内能量代谢及平衡Ca、P含量;具有潜在的促生长功能;对肝脏功能无不良影响。建议绵羊日粮中苜蓿黄酮的适宜添加量为0.2%。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of alfalfa flavonoids(Medicago sativa)on growth performance and serum indexes of sheep.This experiment was performed with hybrid F1 sheep of Suffolk sheep×Small-tailed Han sheep.Twenty-eight sheep with the body weight of(27.02±3.03)kg were randomly divided into 4groups with 7replicates in each group and 1sheep per replicate.Sheep in different groups were fed diets with 0(group Ⅰ),0.1%(group Ⅱ),0.2%(group Ⅲ)and 0.4%(group Ⅳ)alfalfa flavonoids,respectively.The experiment was cosisted of 7-day-preliminary trial and 41-day-formal trial.The results showed as follows:1 Dietary supplementation of alfalfa flavonoids had no significant effects on growth performance of sheep(P>0.05).2 Dietary supplementation of alfalfa flavonoids had significant effects on the contents of GLB,ASP,BUN,HDL and P in serum(P<0.05).Serum GLB content at the 1st day in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in groupsⅠand Ⅱ(P<0.05),serum ASP contents at the 1st and 21 th days in groupⅣ were significantly lower than those in groupⅠ(P<0.05),serum BUN content at the 1st day in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05),serum HDL content at the 21 th day in groupⅡ was significantly lower than that in groupsⅠandⅢ(P<0.05),serum P content in groupⅣat the 21 th day was significantlylower than that in groupsⅡ andⅢ(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of alfalfa flavonoids might modulate lipid metabolism,improve nitrogen utilization,maintain energy metabolic and balance Ca and P contents,and have the potential function for promoting growth and no adverse effect on liver.The results suggested that the appropriate supplemental level of alfalfa flavonoids for sheep was 0.2%.
