减污降碳目标下农林废弃物的回收利用

摘  要:
农业、林业生产中的生物质废弃物价值低、体积大、质地乱、含水量大,回收成本高,焚烧处理则会直接产生二氧化碳、粉尘等污染物,还田、填埋不仅会产生二氧化碳,还会产生温室效应更强的甲烷。针对这一难题,项目组在大量研究的基础上发明了一种就地破碎、碳化、筛分、回收的设备,实现了农林废弃物回收的就地化、无机化、同质化和轻量化,并在此基础上,将碳化产物用来生产碳基材料,然后将碳基材料用于大量的建筑工程,提出了农林废弃物资源化利用的新路径。其中,生物质废弃物的收集是前提,合理的碳化工艺是保障,碳基材料的广泛应用是关键,减污降碳是目的。该路径不仅有利于实现碳达峰、碳中和,还能节约资源,具有较高的经济、生态与社会效益。

摘  要:
With the characteristic of lowvalue, large-volume, disordered texture, high water content and high recovery cost, the incineration of biomass waste in agricultural and forestry production will directly produce pollutants such as carbon dioxide and dust,and returning to farmland and landfill will produce carbon dioxide and methane with stronger greenhouse effect. In view of this issue, we develop an equipment for onsite crushing, carbonization, screening and recycling, which achieves the localization,inorganic, homogeneity and lightweight in agricultural and forestry waste recycling.On this basis, the carbonization products are used to produce carbon based materials, and then used in massive construction projects,establishing a new path for the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste.In this study, with collection of biomass waste as the premise, by reasonable carbonization process, the extensive application of carbon based materials was the key to achieve pollution and carbon emission reduction.This path was not only conducive to achieving carbon peak and carbon neutralization, but also can save resources, with important economic, ecological and social benefits.
