欧美国家观经历了三次大的否定,其中重要的是第二次对君权的否定和第三次对国家至上主义的否定。马、恩认为,一方面国家是社会的祸害,另一方面无产阶级要利用国家。结合马、恩关于国家与社会关系的理论,我们在建设小康社会中应形成如下认识:要立党为公,执政为民;积极培育市民社会;建设人文社会文明。

Western national view has experienced great negatives three times, what is important in is the 2nd negative to emperorpower and 3rd negative to supreme power of the nation. Marx thought that, on the one hand, nation is the disaster of society,on the other hand, the proletariat will use country. Therefore, when we build the Well-off society, we should construct party forthe public, administrate the country for the people; Cultivate resident society actively; Construct humanity society.
