重金属Pb胁迫对草坪草生长·抗氧化生理特性的影响

摘  要:
[目的]了解Pb污染对草坪草生长的影响。[方法]通过盆栽试验,研究不同浓度Pb对高羊茅和多年生黑麦草生长及抗氧化生理特性的影响。[结果]在Pb胁迫处理下,高羊茅和多年生黑麦草随着Pb离子浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长生物量减少,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶呈先高后低的趋势,丙二醛含量则逐步递增。[结论]重金属胁迫对高羊茅和多年生黑麦草影响明显,尤其在高浓度和长时间胁迫下,草坪草体内活性氧自由基大量积累,引起SOD和POD活性下降,导致细胞质膜被破坏,高羊茅的生长受到明显抑制。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of Pb stress on the growth of turf grass.[Method] Through the pot experiment,the effects of Pb ion in different concentrations on the growth and antioxidative physiology of Stipa grandis and Lolium perenne were studied.[Result] With the increasing concentration of Pb ion and the extension of time,the fresh weight of Stipa grandis and Lolium perenne reduced.SOD and POD showed a trend of first rising and then falling.The content of MDA gradually increased.[Conclusion] Heavy metal obviously influenced the growth of Stipa grandis and Lolium perenne.Especially under the intimidation of high-concentration and extension of time,the growth of Stipa grandis was obviously inhibited.
