九里香提取物对斜纹夜蛾拒食活性的初步研究

摘  要:
测定了九里香提取物对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的拒食活性。结果表明,提取物对斜纹夜蛾3龄和5龄幼虫均有较好的拒食活性,当浓度为0.5mg.mL-1时,与0.1mg.mL-1印楝素的拒食活性接近;经24h的拒食活性测定,3龄和5龄幼虫的非选择性AFC50分别为0.0958mg.mL-1和0.1033mg.mL-1;选择性AFC50分别为0.0108mg.mL-1和0.2265mg.mL-1,具有进一步研究开发的价值。

摘  要:
The antifeedant activities of extracts of Murraya paniculata(L.)Jack against Spodpteralitura fabricius larvae were tested.The results showed that the extracts had very strong antifeedant activities against the 3rd instar and 5th instar larvae when the concentration reached 0.5 mg·mL-1.The non-selective AFC50 for the 3rd instar and 5th instar larvae were 0.095 8 mg.mL-1 and 0.103 3 mg·mL-1 after treated for 24 hours.The selective AFC50 is 0.010 8 mg·mL-1 and 0.226 5 mg·mL-1.
