枇杷属植物过氧化物酶同工酶研究

摘  要:
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分析枇杷属7个种的皮层、根以及普通枇杷14个品种的幼果果肉的过氧化物酶(POX)同工酶;比较果实在不同生长期的POX同工酶差异。结果表明:种间皮层、根POX同工酶酶谱差开明显,而种内极小;春季开花与秋冬开花的种酶谱差异很大;14个品种的果肉共表现3种主要酶谱型;红沙类与白沙类品种的酶谱无差异;枇杷果实在谢花后20天至果实迅速膨大前,酶谱清晰稳定;根提取液和新鲜根在低温下贮藏,酶谱均无变化。

摘  要:
Peroxidase ( POX ) isozymes were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis from the bark tissues and roots of 7 species of the genus Eriobolrya, and from 14 cultivars of E. japonica. In addition, the POX isozymes of the fruits at different developmental stages were detected.The zymogram of the bark tissues and roots differed among species, but not between cultirars within species. Conspicuous isozymic differences were obsenved between the springflowering and the fall and winter-flowering species, The root POX isozymes did not vary with seasons, tree ages, or the enviornmental conditions, Eleven different bands of 14 cultivars were recorded, giving 3 main banding patterns. No differences were found between the white-mesocarp and the red-mesocarp cultivars. POX isozymes varied with different developmental stages of the fruit. But the isozymic bands of the immature fruits were relatively stable from 20 days after the flower-fading to the beginning of the fruit rapid-expansion, Storage of the root extracts of E. prinoides at 4℃ for 200 days and fresh roo ts of E. japonica cv. Huabao 2nd at -15℃ for 60 days did not affect the isozymic bands.
