摘  要：
开阳县从2010年开始进行无规定动物疫病区建设,通过行政手段和技术手段,全面提升全县动物疫病综合防控水平。经过5年建设,成功建成了开阳县无规定动物疫病示范区,并进行全县推广。文章通过分析介绍开阳县无规定动物疫病区建设采取的模式,为兽医人员做好动物疫病防控,促进畜牧业持续健康发展提供参考。

摘  要：
In order to comprehensively improved the level of animal disease prevention and control in Kaiyang county,we were going to design and implement the special animal disease free zone by administrative measures and technological measures from 2010. After 5 years,it was successfully established the exemplary special animal disease free zone in Kaiyang,and then promoted to the whole county. We analyzed and introduced the construction mode that we adopt on the special animal disease free zone in this paper,which can provide reference for the veterinarian in animal disease prevention and control,then facilitate the sustainable and healthy development of stockbreeding.
