我国现代农业集约发展的特点与金融供给支持体系的构建

摘  要：
现代农业集约发展是以现代科学技术为基础,具有高效经营、经营规模化、农业与环境协调发展的特点。当前,我国农业正从传统农业向现代农业转型,各经济主体的金融需求发生了较大变化。本文认为,在我国农村金融改革进程中,必须及时研究农村金融供给与需求的特点及其相互关系,进一步分析阻碍农村金融发展的制约因素,如农业产业弱质、政府职能异化、缺少有效风险分担机制、各金融机构间缺少合理的分工与合作、农村金融资源配置效率不高等,并在分析我国农村金融供给现状的基础上,对构建有效农村金融供给体系提出政策建议。

摘  要：
Intensive development of modern agriculture is based on modern science and technology, with high efficiency management, business scale, characteristics of agriculture and environment coordinated development. At present, Chinese reform is moving from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the financial needs of all economic entities occur more big change. This paper argues that in Chinese rural financial reform process, we must analyze the rural finance supplies and demand characteristic and the reciprocity promptly, based on this, further analyze hindering factors of the rural finance development, such as weak agricultural industry, government functions alienation, a lack of effective risk-sharing mechanism, various financial organ's lacking the reasonable division and cooperation, the rural finance resources deployment efficiency being not high. Finally, based on current situation of our country rural finance supplies, the article puts forward to some policy proposals to build an effective rural financial supplying system.
