提高昌宁县薪炭林建设成效措施研究

摘  要：
昌宁县20世纪80年代开始建设薪炭林,已拥有薪炭林20556.14hm2,取得了良好的经济、生态效益。但在建设中,仍存在建设资金缺乏、林分质量不高、科技支撑力弱、效益机制障碍等问题。文章从薪炭林建设工作中存在的问题分析入手,研究提出:提高认识、多方筹措资金、提高薪炭林建设单位投入;创建薪炭林的公益性补偿机制;通过发展林下特色产业,提高薪炭林经营者收入;强化科技支撑等促进薪炭林建设的措施。

摘  要：
In the 1980 of the 20th century,Changning County began the construction of firewood forest, 20556.14 hectares, with good economic and social benefits. But there are such problems of the effective system and management obstacles as lack of construction funds, low stand quality and the weak technological support.This paper analyses the problems in practice and and puts forward,improving cognition,raising money, increasing investment and/or starting nonprofit compensation.And the measures to be strengthened through technological support,and the operators incomes to be more by forest industry.
