某8缸柴油机冷却水套CFD分析及优化

摘  要:
对某8缸柴油机冷却水套的流场进行了数值模拟及分析。运用ICEM CFD软件对整机冷却水套进行了网格划分,获得较高质量的有限元模型,导入FLUENT计算水套的流场。通过对水套速度场和压力场的分析,得出各缸冷却特性分布的规律,判断出第8缸冷却性能相对较差。尝试通过改变进水总管末端的长度,探究其对各缸冷却液流动的影响,尤其是对第8缸的影响。结果表明,适当延长进水总管末端的长度,可以有效平衡各缸冷却水流量。

摘  要:
In this study, the flow field of an 8-cylinder diesel engine cooling water jacket is studied by numerical simulation.Firstly, mesh of the cooling water jacket is created by using ICEM CFD software, the finite element model with high quality is got. Then the calculation mesh is imported into FLUENT, calculation of the flow field is conducted. Through analysis of the velocity field and pressure field of the water jacket, distribution characteristics of the flow are got. The conclusion is that the 8th cylinder flow performance is relatively poor. Then, it's tried to change the length of inlet pipe end, in order to find out how it would influence the flow field, especially the influence on the 8th cylinder. The results show that, extending the inlet pipe end to an appropriate length, can effectively balance the cooling water flow rate between cylinders.
