月季黑斑病病原鉴定与抗性鉴定方法研究

摘  要:
以9个月季品种为试材,对感月季黑斑病的病原菌进行分离和鉴定,研究了其病原菌孢子浓度、温度和苗龄对月季黑斑病发病的影响。结果表明:孢子浓度2×105个/mL,温度25℃,植物苗龄为二叶期时调查相应发病情况,其结果可在一定程度上初步反映月季品种真实的抗黑斑病能力。

摘  要:
Taking nine varieties of rose as materials,the pathogen identification of rose black spot was separated and identificated,and the effect of spore concentration,temperature and seedling age on the incidence of rose black spot disease were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of spores was 2×105/mL,the temperature 25℃and the age of seedling at the two leaves stage,it was just the right time to investigate the incidence.To some extent it can preliminarily reflect the true ability of the resistance to Marssonina rosae.
