减少船体滑行阻力的探讨

本文应用流体力学理论,对船体的泥水膜与船底形状尺寸之间的关系进行了理论分析。分析表明,阻止船底泥水侧泄,保持较多泥水将提高船底泥水膜的承载能力,从而使船体的滑行阻力减小。 据此进行了模型船体加装挡板的防侧泄滑行试验,试验得出20mm宽挡板的最佳高度为6 mm,用此挡板在原型船体最大功率档速度下运动,可使船体滑行阻力下降44%。

摘  要:
This paper made a theoretical analysis on the relation between shape and slurry-film of hull bottom with fluid-dynamic theory. The analysis shows that preventing slurry leaking from two sides of hull bottom will improve the bearing ability of slurry-film and keep more slurry. Therefore the sliding resistance of the hull is reduced.According to previous principle is made a sliding test of a hull model with leak-proof board on its sides. The test shows that the optimized height of the leak-proof board with width 20mm is 6mm, which can reduce sliding resistance of the hull by 44% when moving at the speed corresponding to highest power gear of prototype.
