茚三酮柱后衍生化氨基酸分析仪测定桑叶中痕量草甘膦

摘  要:
利用衍生化试剂茚三酮,对桑叶样品中的痕量草甘膦进行柱后衍生化,经氨基酸分析仪进行定量分析,建立了桑叶中痕量草甘膦的分析方法。结果表明:草甘膦在0.1~16.4mg/L间呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9986,加样回收率为77.4%~91.3%,相对标准偏差为4.4%~5.0%,以信噪比为3计,草甘膦的最低检出限为0.01mg/kg。

摘  要:
An approach has been developed to determinating the trace glyphosate of mulberry leaf by amino acid analyzer with ninhydrin post-column derivatization method.The linear range for glyphosate was 0.1-16.4 mg/l,correlating coefficient was 0.9986.The recovery rate of glyphosate was 77.4-91.3%,and the RSD was 4.4-5.0%.The detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg(s/N=3).
