摘 要：
2013年7~8月份气温显著偏高、降水异常偏多、高温天气比较多,在此分析了2013年7~8月份的气象条件,并与常年进行了对比,结合2013年农业生产特点、灾情,分析了暴雨天气对农业生产的影响程度,从而提出了合理的农业生产对策,为防御暴雨灾害提供了科学的参考依据。

摘 要：
During July-August in 2013,the climate features were: significant higher temperature,more precipitation and hot weather. The climate conditions were analyzed and were compared with common years. Combined with characteristics and disaster of agriculture production in2013,the influence degree of rainstorm to agricultural production was analyzed,then several approprite countermeasures for agricultural production were put forward,which will provide scientific reference basis for prevention of rainstorm disasters.
