彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管囊肿6例

摘 要：
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对输尿管囊肿的应用价值。方法:对6例输尿管囊肿的二维灰阶超声及彩色多普勒血流显像表现进行了回顾性分析。结果:二维灰阶超声可直接显示囊肿的部位、形态、大小及其变化;彩色多普勒血流显像显示喷尿的尿流束由囊肿向膀胱喷射和由输尿管向囊肿内喷射时的尿流束均能清楚显示。结论:彩色多普勒超声能提高诊断输尿管囊肿的准确率,可做为本病的首选检查方法。

摘 要：
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of CDFI for ureter cyst.Methods:The imaging findings of 6 cases of ureter cyst in 2-D ultrasound and CDFI were analyzed retrospectively.Results:2-D ultrasound could reveal the site,status,size and the changes of the ureter cyst directly.CDFI showed that when urine sprung from ureter cyst to bladder and from ureter to cyst,the urine beam appeared to be clear.Conclusion:CDFI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ureter cyst,and can be regarded as the first choice method to diagnose the disease.
