中国谷子产业竞争力综合评价研究

摘  要：
本文在分析中国谷子产业竞争力状况及影响因素基础上,基于2011年与2016年全国23省(市、区)宏观统计与微观调研数据,采用主成分分析和空间探索分析,从市场、生产、技术、组织、外部环境5个维度对谷子产业竞争力进行综合评价并分析其空间格局分异特征。研究结果表明:山西、河北、内蒙古3省谷子产业综合竞争力水平位居全国前列;市场竞争力对谷子综合产业竞争力贡献最大,区域差异显著,东北地区具有绝对竞争优势;中国谷子产业竞争力存在显著空间自相关性,具有高高、低低集聚特征。从提升中国谷子产业竞争力视角,本文建议应优化空间布局,加强科技支撑,延伸产业链条,培育新型经营主体,完善政策扶持体系。

摘  要：
Based on the analysis of the situation and influencing factors of foxtail millet industry competitiveness in China,and on the basis of macro-statistics and micro-survey data of 23 provinces in 2011 and 2016,the competitiveness of foxtail millet industry was comprehensively evaluated from five dimensions of market,production,technology,organization and industrial development environment by principal component analysis.The spatial pattern of industrial competitiveness is analyzed by exploratory spatial data method.The results show that the comprehensive competitiveness of foxtail millet industry in Shanxi,Hebei and Inner Mongolia is in the forefront of the country;the market competitiveness contributes most to the comprehensive competitiveness of foxtail millet industry,with significant regional differences and absolute advantages in Northeast China;the competitiveness of foxtail millet industry in China has significant spatial autocorrelation,with high and low concentration and aggregation characteristics.From the perspective of enhancing the competitiveness of China's foxtail millet industry,it is suggested to strengthen the diffusion effect of industrial development,extend the millet industry chain,increase policy support,cultivate new regional growth poles,and create a new pattern of coordinated development among regions.
