中华蜜蜂有王群与无王群工蜂上颚腺10-HDA含量比较

摘  要:
为考查中华蜜蜂无王状态对工蜂上颚腺10-HDA含量的影响,用HPLC法对有王群和无王群的工蜂头部10-HDA含量进行了测定。结果显示,无王群工蜂头部10-HDA的平均含量为5.47±1.69μg/bee(N=50),有王群为2.75(N=35),二者差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明,无王状态对中蜂工蜂上颚腺分泌活动有很显著的影响。

摘  要:
In order to test if the queenlessness can affect the amount of 10-HDA in mandibular gland of worker honey bee in Apis cerana cerana colony, 10-HDA in the head of worker honey bees from queenless colonies and queenright colonies were measured by HPLC, The result showed that, the average amount of 10-HDA of queenless colonies was 5.47±1.69μg/bee (N=50),significantly higher(P<0.01)than that of queenright colonies, 0.75±1.05μg/bee.It suggests that the queenless status probably significantly affects the secretion activity of mandibular gland of workers.
