融水县集体林改现状分析与建议

摘  要：
融水县是我国南方重要的集体林区之一,林业在社会经济发展中占有重要地位。融水县集体林改于2009年7月正式启动,至2011年底主体改革基本结束,并通过广西壮族自治区林权制度改革领导小组的检查验收。通过对融水县开展集体林改现状进行分析,指出改革中存在的问题,并从全面推进林改配套改革,加大山林权属纠纷调处,抓好森林资源培育,加快科技兴林步伐,完善社会化服务体系等方面提出具体建议,为完善融水林权制度改革、做大做强林业产业提供参考。

摘  要：
RongShui country is one of an important in collective forest area in South China,and the forestry plays an important role in the social economy development.The collective forestry property institute reforms from 2009 to 2011 in Rongshui country.Moreover,the leading group of reform of forestry property right system have checked and accepted the project in the Guangxi.The paper analyses on the current situation of collective forestry property institute reform in Rongshui country,which points out existing problems in the reform process.The author proposes some concrete advices to comprehensively promote coordinated reform of forestry reforms,increase countermeasures on mountain forest-property,grasp the cultivation of forest resources,accelerate invigorating forestry through science and technology.The author also hope to be perfect reform of forestry property right system and refer to strengthen foretry industry.
