牦牛多元杂交组合试验研究

摘  要:
试验采用多元杂交的5种组合模式进行牦牛种间杂交,研究了F3代犏牛的生长发育、母本的繁殖与产乳性能及F3代的适应性等。结果表明:A和B组合F3代的初生重及生长发育优于C、D和E组合,E组合的流产及产后死亡率较低;5种杂交组合的母本产乳量显著高于牦牛;F3代犏牛的体温、呼吸、脉搏均在正常范围内;1周岁内的犏牛患病与死亡较高,周岁后,患病较少,加强周岁内的饲养管理;A、B和E组合模式是牦牛多元种间杂交的较优组合方式,并且F3代犏牛具有较强高原环境的适应性。

摘  要:
We have researched the growth and adaptability of F3generation,reproductive and lactation performance of the mother of F3generation with five modes of the multiple interspecific hybridization of yak. The results showed that: the birth weight and growth of F3generation of A and B mode were better than C,D and E which had low mortality and abortion. It was in the normal range of the China's growing yak that we have measured the indexs of body temperature,respiration,pulse of F3generation. Feeding and management of F3generation must be strengthen in a year because of high disease outbreaking. Thus,we suggested that the mode of A,B and E were the optimum multiple interspecific hybridization with the strong adaptability of plateau environment.
