摘  要：
附属绿地建设过程面临严峻的制度制约、权属单位和利益相关等问题,需要更加有效的空间开放治理策略.共享理念为我国社会经济建设提供了新的发展理念,也为进一步推进附属绿地开放空间建设提供了新的方法指引.文章从共享理念出发,对城市附属绿地开放的必要性及现状问题进行分析,并以共享理念为导向定位城市附属绿地的开放途径,探讨开放治理策略,以期为城市绿地空间品质的协调性发展提供启示.

摘  要：
Affiliated green spaces are confronted with problems like institutional constraints,ownership units and interest conflicts in their construction process,calling for more effective governance strategy for space access.The sharing concept provides a new idea for China to promote social and economic development,and a new methodology for further boosting the construction of open affiliated green spaces.This paper analyzes the necessity and current problems of opening urban-affiliated green spaces from the perspective of sharing concept,and identifies the pathways to the opening under the guidance of the sharing concept.Then it discusses the governance strategies for the public access to the affiliated green spaces,in the hope to give inspiration to the coordinated development of urban green space.
