三波长分光光度法测定白桦树皮中缩合鞣质含量

摘 要:
建立了三波长分光光度法测定白桦树皮中缩合鞣质含量的分析方法。在强酸介质中,硫酸铁铵-铁氰化钾与缩合鞣质在室温下反应20 min,以儿茶素为标样,对白桦树皮中缩合鞣质进行测定。实验表明:线性范围为2μg.mL-1~14μg.mL-1,线性回归方程ΔA=83.321c+0.072,相关系数为0.9998。εmax为3.712×104L.mol-1.cm-1。检测限为0.32μg.mL-1。精密度为0.89%。回收率为95.5%~100.2%。该法操作简单,灵敏度高。

摘 要:
A three-wavelength spectrophotometric method is proposed for determination of Condensation-tannis in Betula bark based on the reduction of potassium ferricyanide-ammonium ferric sulphate by Condensation-tannis in the acid medium.The linear range is from 2 μg·mL-1 to 14 μg·mL-1 and the limit of detection is 0.32 μg ·mL-1.The precision RSD is 0.89%.The rate of recovery is 95.5%~100.2%.
