摘  要:
回转钻井是提高钻井效率与质量的有效技术措施。随着科技的日益发展,机械传动转盘式钻机因自身自动化程度低导致劳动强度大、施工效率低等弊端渐渐退出施工场地,全液压动力头钻机越来越受用户青睐。本文介绍回转钻机现状及BZCD600型全液压动力头钻机结构设计、优势特点、钻机应用等情况,为我国钻机的研发提供了理论参考依据。

摘  要:
Rotary drilling is an effective technical measure to improve drilling efficiency and quality. With the development of science and technology, the mechanical drive rotary drilling rig gradually withdraws from the construction site because of its low automation, which leads to high labor intensity and low construction efficiency, and the full hydraulic power bit drilling rig is more and more popular with users. This paper introduces the present situation of rotary drilling rig and the structure design, advantages and characteristics of BZCD600 full hydraulic power bit drilling rig, as well as its application.
